Packaging
Asphaton come in secure, hygienic packaging in complete conformity to ISO (International Standardization Organization) requirements. The package does not disclose or give any indication towards its contents. In order to recognize the package when it arrives, please look for the letters "AT" written at the back of the package.

Shipment
All orders are shipped within twenty four hours of being received. There are no handling or shipping charges for any order. We ship to United States, Canada, European Union and Australia & Oceania. Once the order is placed, please allow in between seven to ten days for the product to arrive.

Payment Processing
We do not handle or store any credit card information. All payments are processed securely through CCNOW, an established third party payment processor that currently handles payments for literally thousands of websites on the internet. We do not charge our customers any amount for payment processing. Currently accepted credit cards include Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Product Return and Refund

How to return a product
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied , you may return the product to us for a refund of the product's purchase price, including shipping/handling charges if applicable. Although over 98% of our customers are satisfied with our products and service and we are striving to make this rate of satisfaction 100%, we realize that occasionally some people will not be satisfied. We want you to be happy with our products and services and recommend us to your friends. We will do anything we can to make you, our valued customer, satisfied, by either issuing a refund or replacing the item free of charge, whichever you choose.

Instructions for returning a product:
In order to receive a refund, product must be returned in original box, and should be placed in a larger box or padded envelope to insure against damage (use the one we sent you originally!) . Not more than sixteen days dosage (64 Tablets) should have been consumed. The refund includes shipping and handling costs.

We suggest that you mail it to us return receipt requested and insured, however we will accept any type of delivery service such as Federal Express or UPS etc. Although returns are processed immediately as received, sometimes it takes a while for your credit card company or bank to credit your account. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit to show up on your next statement.
